Open the lesson in your dashboard, click "Request refund" and tell us what happened. Our team reviews every request within 2 working days.
Cancellations more than 12 hours before a lesson: full refund automatically. Within 12 hours: at the tutor's discretion, typically 50% refund.
Unused lessons in a bundle are refunded pro-rata at the bundle rate (not the per-lesson rate) within 90 days of purchase.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
If we can't agree, escalate to our resolutions team. We'll respond within 5 working days with a final decision and reasoning.
