Training & vetting
What we do
Every tutor working with under-18s completes mandatory safeguarding training and passes a background check. Lessons can be recorded by request, and parents have full visibility of session history.
Family-first
Parent supervision
We recommend an adult is in the home (not necessarily the room) during lessons with under-13s. Lessons are conducted on our platform, never on personal messaging apps.

Designated safeguarding lead
Our DSL is contactable directly. All concerns are acknowledged within 4 working hours.
